Dynamic Construction just completed work on a major job for us, they always show up when promised and clean up before they leave. The quality of thier work is very high. Attention to detail is evident in the results of their work. I would highly recommend them for any job. I would definately use them again for future remodeling projects.
Deck replacement
We had a very good experience with Dynamic Construction. They did a quality job at the best price and were very easy to work with. Geramie does an excellent job of letting you know when he will be at the job and when he will be done. His final cost was exactly what his estimate said it would be and he more than goes the extra mile. He even returned our extra materials to the store for us and brought us back our refund! We would feel confident recommending him to anyone.

Dynamic Construction has done several jobs for me. They do excellent quality craftmanship and are more than fair in their pricing. They will be there when they say they will and they will get the job done when they say so. I am a single woman so there are a lot of people out there who will cut corners or try to rip you off!! If you want your job done and done right without being ripped off then please give Dynamic Construction a call and talk to Geramie. They really do pride themselves on customer service.
Boat Dock Construction
A simple project, but Geramie's crew had it done in one afternoon. They used quality materials and built a pond dock that will last many years. They had it built and cleaned up in a day. I plan to use them for more projects I have had trouble finding time to do myself.
Home Repairs
We are remodelling our kitchen and needed some repair work. Not knowing who could do all the little jobs we contacted the Tipton Lakes Association Office and were given several names. We contacted Geramie Hancock of Dynamic Construction and he came out gave a qoute which we considered very fair. He did an exceptional job on our time frame as well. While here we asked him to add several other small jobs and he was more than helpful. We could not be more pleased with his work, attitude, and the cost. Roofing
Did an outstanding job. Was by far the lowest cost of all the bids I recieved. Took all of the worry and bother out of what I feel is a mjor project for most homeowners. Geremy was up front about all the costs and even went so far as to make sure all materials were ordered and delivered on time - all the way down to the dumpster that was used for the cleanup. Our New Porch
Dynamic Construction built our new porch deck and we could not be more impressed or happier with the whole process. Geramie and his crew were extremely efficient and quality driven for this project. The 8'x30' deck took just over one day to complete from start to finish and was a very professional job. Totally Satisfied
Dynamic Construction has done 2 big projects: a bathroom remodeling (tile), and a deck project (ultradeck) for me this year, as well as a couple other odd-jobs. The price and workmanship have both been excellent. Geramie's a very trustworthy and competent contractor -- does what he says, and doesn't cut corners. Far better on Price and Quality of Work than some of the other contractors that I have used in Columbus.
